EvidenceDesk provides software that captures digital evidence events and assists with Stripe dispute evidence submission. We do not guarantee dispute wins. Card issuers decide outcomes.

You are responsible for the accuracy of events you emit, your Stripe account compliance, and reviewing recommend-only disputes. Auto-submit may be disabled by kill switches.

Fees: monthly platform fees and success fees as listed on the pricing page. Success fees apply to recovered amounts on disputes we helped contest. Base fees may be credited against success fees in the same billing period as described at purchase.

You agree not to use EvidenceDesk for illegal activity, fabricated evidence, or to target non-digital / unsupported dispute types outside the published scope.
